When will the event commence ?
The event will begin on 20th March 2020. Those students who will there at the event on that day will get chance to experience some fun events including DJ.
How can we reach to the Event ?
RTU Hackathon 2.0 & Exergie takes place in Arya College Of Engineering and IT (ACEIT) campus in Kukas, Jaipur.
What are the Accomodation facilities?
The accomodation facilities will be available to only those participants who will participate both in RTU Hackathon2.0 and Exergie20. The accomodation is charged at very subsidized rate.
What if I dont know how to code?
Not a problem! It’s entirely irrelevant what your experience is, it’s more about your interest in technology. This is also a perfect place/time to begin learning.
What are food facilities in the event?
There are food stalls available in the arena. Apart from this, there is the campus mess as well as various eateries and canteens in the campus where food is available at subsidized rates.
What is the payment procedure for registration of any event?
The payment procedure will be made online, through the Razorpay portal. You will have to report at the registration desk with the payment receipt and the mandatory documents. Failing to bring any of the documents may lead to cancellation of your participation. The documents are: College ID card. Printout of the receipt of payment.
Shall I carry my ID with me ?
It is mandatory for all participants to carry college IDs. This is for your own convenience. Moreover you will be asked to produce your college id cards at the time of registrations.
Are there any ATMs nearby campus?
There are State Bank and ICICI Bank ATMs are near the Campus.
